John Mark Wilderspin, The Dedicated Realtor, has been servicing his clients since June 2007, with hard work and integrity. He has sold over $35 Million dollars of Real Estate with Century 21 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, representing residential buyers and sellers as well as investors, while also gaining experience in the commercial market.

Born in London, Ontario in 1987, his family of six moved to Souris, Manitoba when he was ten years of age. After graduating from Souris High School with Honours in 2005, John Mark attended Media Production at Assiniboine Community College in Brandon, Manitoba. John Mark's family moved back to Ontario when he was eighteen years old; he decided to stay in the province to be with his high school sweetheart, Marina Palmer, who became his loving wife in September of 2009.

Originally a film studies student, John Mark was one of two students hand-picked from class to be offered to work on the Brandon Media Van in Brandon, Manitoba, recording events such as baseball, curling, and other activities and events all around the city. He decided to pursue the film industry which in future days led him into Real Estate. His education laid the foundation for his photography skills with lighting, framing, and staging; enabling him to promote properties to their full potential.

Upon moving to Winnipeg, John Mark had hopes of landing a job that would offer personal growth and development, such as a sales job.  “It’s not your age that will determine your success but your drive.” Hearing those words from Broker Rolf Hitzer was all the encouragement John Mark needed to commit to writing his Real Estate courses full time. He ultimately joined Century 21 as a Realtor and team member of Raymond Carriere and Associates, later establishing himself into a solo venture.

John Mark has achieved success as an investor of Real Estate as well, purchasing his first Triplex at the age of twenty-one after attending an inspiring Darren Weeks event. He also credits the Rich Dad Poor Dad book series as well as a Carleton Sheets course for getting him started. To date, he has personally acquired and sold over a dozen doors. He completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member 101 Course in 2011.

In his free time, John Mark is active in many activities, such as hockey, football, and volleyball. He has also had the opportunity to have done some travelling over the past few years, including two missionary trips to an orphanage and local churches in poverty stricken areas of Thailand and Nicaragua. 

John Mark is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients, and he specializes in ensuring his clients have a positive experience. He is genuine and personable, he enjoys what he does and invests time and energy into his clients' understanding of the current market along with their purchasing or selling options.
